Sorry I didn't do a blog last week, it was a disappointing week as far as working out went :( This week didn't start out great either. I slipped on ice on my steps and hurt my knee so now not only does my shoulder f&$(@^* suck but my knee REALLY hurts! Although my shoulder is getting sooo much better, thank you Laura :) So, I was frustrated and sad and my workouts were just crap!
But, although it still isn't great, my damn body falling apart I mean, it is getting better!!!
So, this week I went to a MMA class with my friend Gina, who got me to start working out in the first place, for which I am forever grateful.
I didn't have a great 2 weeks 4 weight loss, but with NO cardio cuz of the knee, I was ok with breaking even exactly the 1st week and only gaining 4 ounces last week. I thought I gained at least 2 so I was content with that. Along with no cardio, which meant 2 more days a week I was at home and just eating out of boredom, woops :/
I am going to better this week! So next week, watch out people Ill b screamin atcha all excited like :)
