Last week of the Weight Loss Challenge

This is the last week of the 12 week weight loss challenge, it doesn't really seem like it's been that long. I have made a lot of progress throughout this time though. With weight loss, inches lost, strength gained and have come a long way with my shoulder also. My range of motion after 2 surgeries last year isn't something I thought was ever going to improve. When I declined the 3rd surgery, I assumed I was going to be living with a stupid arm forever lol
I have been concerned about what I'm going to do this summer. We are gone sooo much with softball and if you have ever seen a hotel gym, it's a treadmill and maybe a single weight. Luckily Laura has shown us SOOO many different things we can do, with or without weights, now I just need to make sure I push myself when she isn't around to do it for me. And the eating aspect is another concern, eating out every meal, but I am going to take a lot of healthy snacks so I'm not getting greasy fries or a snickers bar in between games. Only some games :) I do LOVE me a snickers and haven't had 1 in months!!
My big downfall is that I feel like the woman I work out with have had more visible results. I have lost a lot of weight but I see a much bigger difference in others when I look at them, which is great for them but makes me feel like I am going no where at times. Ok that is my depressing winy shit 4 this blog, sorry. It's been a rough week and I feel blue.
Anyway, I will let you know how the last week goes. I hope all of the incredible, strong and beautiful woman I work out with kick some major ass this week! I can't wait 2 hear all the results!!
